Credit Card Policy:  We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock at the time of shipping a credit will be made in the form of the orginal payment method. Should an item be out of stock, we will contact you via email or by telephone once the item becomes available should you still wish to purchase. Normally an out of stock item will be available within three weeks.

Return and Exchange Policy: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.  Condition of product must not show wear and be in the same condition in which it left the office. You may exchange or return merchandise for a full refund based on the original form of purchase. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number(s). If you are returning a gift, you may choose an exchange or a credit toward your next purchase.

The return shipping charge for the item(s) exchange is the responsibility of the customer. If product is received by the customer damaged, a notification must be received by the office within 72 hours. Please contact sales@designerjewelrysite.com to issue a return certificate to have the item returned and for shipping instructions. Please do not throw away the packaging as it will be necessary for the shipper.

Guarantees: Designer Gemstone Jewelry guarantees the quality of the product to be Sterling Silver. The quality and composition of the stones are guaranteed to be as stated in the description.

Tax Policy: Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped in Iowa at 7%.

Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P): D&P is the charge for internet order processing, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and can vary. Please note that shipments and deliveries will only occur on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at the time of the order.

The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All purchases are sent certified. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency. 

Drop Shipping:  Drop shipped items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door.

Shipping Policy: At this time, DesignerJewelrysite.com primarily ships to addresses in the United States.  We do not ship to international destinations with the exception of the locations listed below.

If shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Palau, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands an additional $5.00 will be added to the applicable D&P charges for standard shipping. Some additional restrictions may apply.

UPS Ground Standard Delivery:  Unless a two-day delivery is requested, your order should arrive in approximently 5-7 business days after shipping the order is placed by 11:00 am (PST).  UPS can not deliver to PO boxes.

UPS Two-Day Delivery:  If requested, add $8.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 11:00 (PST).  UPS can not deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Cut Off: We will do our best to ship orders placed before 11:00 am PST, Monday thru Thursday, the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.  Should the order be placed on any major US holiday the products will be shipping within 48 hours after the holiday.
